Proceedings of the 2003 California Wind Energy Collaborative Forum

Michael O'Sullivan, Senior Vice President of Development at FPL, opened the 2003 Forum with his talk entitled Wind: 2003 and Beyond.

The 2003 California Wind Energy Collaborative Forum was conducted on the University of California, Davis campus on December 16 and 17, 2003. The schedule of presentations is included below. Thank you to all speakers, panel moderators, and attendees for two days of stimulating discussion of the status of wind energy in California and the issues surrounding its continued growth.
