2004 California Wind Energy Collaborative Forum

The third annual California Wind Energy Collaborative Forum was conducted on December 14 and 15, 2004 in Palm Springs, California. Thanks go to all the speakers, panel moderators, and attendees who made the Forum a successful meeting on the most prominent topics surrounding wind energy in California.

Proceedings of the Forum are now open to the public. Click here to view the proceedings.
