On October 29, 2008, the Collaborative hosted a workshop to explore the hurdles facing small wind in California and to discuss appropriate actions that could be taken to overcome them. A diverse set of parties participated, including industry professionals, established and emerging manufacturers, installers, county representatives, utilities, environmental consultants, policy advisers, and others.
Thank you to all those who attended and stimulated discussion throughout the day. In particular, we are grateful to our speakers, who shared their knowledge and experience.
